I guess ducks are better swimmers than starfish?

First major swimming lesson milestone achieved! Indy has passed Starfish and is headed on to Duck. I'm pretty sure the first couple levels are more for Dad than Indy....but it looked like they both had a great time. Next set of lessons we are going to find a warmer pool though!

Mommy and Daddy's friends were having a Funny Hat/Wig themed stag and doe this weekend. Indy and Daddy couldn't stay for the party but they wanted to be in the spirit during the set up!

Some housekeeping items...

1. Thank you for all the votes on the "name that meal" contest. The winner is Dave! And the food is Banana! Congrats...we won't mail your cookies, the post person might eat them!...but we will bring them next time we come up!

So far Indy has had avocado, banana, sweet potatoe, pear and butter nut squash (she also may have itercepted and licked the back of an ice cream spoon :) ). She is loving her meals!

2. We did also go to the Crinklaw Maple Fest...sorry for not posting pics Drew...but it was not a pretty day...Indy, Mom and Dad all got wet in the rain! However, it is where we purchased our supply of syrup.
